| THE
SEARCHCAM TacTIC (Tactical
Thermal Imaging Camera) has been
designed to provide leading edge
technical surveillance capabilities
to Tactical Teams. The system incorporates
a Thermal Imaging camera and a
low light CCD camera with INFRARED
illumination (not visible to the
human eye). The combination of
the two cameras provides the TEAM
with the ability to observe and
evaluate situations in all lighting
conditions; zero light to bright
sunlight without being seen. If
a subject is hidden from the view
of the CCD camera, the thermal
camera can often detect a heat
pattern. The operator can toggle
between the two options with a
simple button push. This is another
system that expedites the work
of the unit and at the same time
protects them from harm.
